Custom links shortener
I was wondering what’s going to be the best approach to create a my own url shortener only for private usage. It took me 30 minutes to do that and it’s running live now. :)
Few things which are required:
- YOURLS,
- domain - in my case it’s klis.in,
- server matching YOURLS’s requirements
Most of the time I spent waiting until my domain is going to be registered successfully and adding rewriting rules for my nginx powered server.
